It isn't really that complicated. Worst case, at $1 a share repaying a $11M loan introduces 11M more shares. What do you think the company will ultimately be worth? I will argue the company is worth a lot more than 35M (given the fact that one of dozens of companies gave Ancor $7-9M just to licence some technology)

Ancor may be giving away dollar bills, but with the cash influx in hand, Ancor has a lot more time to avoid making this mistake in the future.

Your shares are worth half what they were (in respect to ownership of the company), but the only way to combat the problem is to buy at these levels and dollar cost average. I bought more this week and for some strange reason I am actually looking forward to the next CC - (I usually feel quite nauseous<g>). Not that I am looking for good numbers - I'm not. But I am looking forward to a good prognostication...

They will run out of shares before Ancor runs out of good news. Keep the faith, you can take comfort in the fact that you have faith in something tangible.
