The Myriad acquisition was an important addition to the company and has
consequently opened the door to many other opportunities. We will, however, take a
one-time charge-off in 1998 for the cost of acquiring Myriad, but our goal is to
be
near break-even for this year with very realistic expectations for a profitable 1999.

If the cost of Myriad was the $4.5 mil tax liab. I assume this is the one time charge-off. If they can charge off $4.5 mil and still come close to breaking even there may be a light at the end of the tunnel. We need to go after Arif Adams and others personally here to sue the company would be to sue ourselves and we've been screwed already. IMHO we can either write this off totally or we get behind Malinoff, he's the only chance I see of us ever getting anything for the shares we hold. And what's going to motivate him to stay and clean up a mess that wasn't of his own making and fight his own share holders.
As for the statements he and Sukey made they were new to the job and I'd bet they were relying on information provided by Arif Adam. Makes you wonder if Sukey was fired or just saw the real numbers and decided to leave.
