Barry, First of all I am very unhappy about the stock dilution. It's out of control. I, just like everyone else here know the potential this company has. I am worried about the direction we are going in. We need change now.Not tomorrow not next week, NOW. I still believe we will do well in the long run.I got in for five years and will stick it out if we see change.

If Rene stays he must make changes and pressure must be kept on him.No more lies or hype.We must also get those board seats that were offered to the group.A list of changes must be given to him and they must be followed, we need more control. We MUST concentrate on plants in the USA.This means Jim Coull, John Tucker and the other guys in Andover must be allowed to do their jobs. The USA is where we will make the most money. This is the only way we will survive. If Rene stays and makes every effort to make the changes we must support him.He must learn to get along with people better.Making enemies is why he is in the mess he is in.You cannot mistreat people and expect them to treat you right. He must make amends with business partners,Wallstreet and the shareholders. If he can do this he will have many friends instead of enemies.People can change but it is hard and takes time. If he is not willing to make the changes he must go.It's that simple.

If the group takes over they must have a viable business plan in place. They must put the right people in place and will have to keep some of the people now working for TT.Not all are responsible for the mess we are in.You cannot go in and replace everyone. The transition must go smooth. Many of these people are good people and should stay. They just lack proper leadership.

They must go over the books and find out what exactly is going on and where we stand. We need Wallstreet to have faith in us again. I personally believe if the group wins Rene should have some part in all this.He did start this company and does have much knowledge of the plants themselves.Even if it is a limited part he could be very helpful. Trooper and Lebowitz must be dealt with and a quick end to those lawsuits must come.

If the group takes over we must support them. But we must keep an eye on them too.

No matter what happens we need change and we must be promised this from whomever is in charge. We cannot accept anything less. I have supported this company because I know what can be achieved. We can still be a great company, but it will take a lot of change and a lot of time. One thing I do know for sure is that things will get very ugly in the next couple of weeks.

Tom

For anyone who is interested I am not hyping just letting you
know I just watched the Emerging Company Report TV
program. You can see it on the internet if you do not want to
wait for the cable show.( emergingcompany.com )It wasn't bad.I actually had something
to do with all this. I was the one who first talked to Emerging
Company and called TT and told them about it.This was back
a couple of months ago.It really was inexpensive probably the
cheapest publicity yet.

Wether you are for current managmnt or not you still should see
the report and decide if it is a good program or not.I do not
know if it will do any good or not with all these shares it will
take much more to push the stock.Rene did mention something
about debt financing ,they also said Corinth was scheduled to
open before the end of the year. Also Rene said TT would be
cash flow positive next quarter.

I am not hyping just letting you know about the TV
Program. My views about this company are changing very
rapidly.Too many promises have been unkept. The dilution has
me very upset and very worried.I also believe that things are
going to get very ugly in the next couple of weeks.

Hang on this will get interesting. That much I promise.

Tom
