"blast away , mama bear, we can blast right back."

lawrence, I don't see any need to be combative because we disagree.

" if you just looked at the chart or made a cursory look at the companies history"

I didn't look at the chart until you mentioned how long you had been involved.

"but if you were able to really get involved with the rfi program and talk to its licensees (like i have) than you would do what i am doing. "

If you had my experience in shorting companies like this you would see the red flags popping up all over the place. Every company like this has a story, and massive revenues right around the corner. I can't understand why you see the company the way that you dou, you can't understand the way that I see it. That's why they open the market from 9:30 to 4:00 Eastern time every day. The person that sold you shares 3 or 4 years ago disagreed with you. It is what makes a market.

"your comment about management is dead wrong. they are very conservative in what they tell me"

Umm, yeah. I'd like to know what you'd classify as pie in the sky if you think the dreams you're dreaming are conservative.

"and do you happen to know how much stock they have bought back in the last month?"

I hope it's a lot. It's a sign of mismanagement if a company in the 'development' stage uses it's cash. Or it could be none or just a token amount. That would make their public statements dishonest, in my opinion. Either way it's good for the shorts.

"do you wonder why they are doing that now?"

No, not at all.
