Richard,

You have the dubious distinction of having WLAVEL as a follower!

This connotes a great responsibility in not misleading the uninformable! Hope you are up to the task!

I give you this, you have your profit nose pointed in the right direction in my estimation. Of course, we may both be proven wrong, but that remains to be seen.

In regard to communication, Napoleon was a great communicator, and he had help. He had his private read the proposed message and interpret it. If it came out as intended, then it was sent.

Simple, but effective, and in battle, effective communication is supremely important. When you hear Generals talking about the "fog of war", they are speaking of the trouble in obtaining reliable intelligence and communication.

Communication can have multiple intents. It can be to inform, to delay information, or to misinform!

I will make no judgements on the method that GPGI has chosen here, but I will issue some advice.

Clear and unequivocable communication is required between company and stockholder and prospective stockholder if the company desires to have either in the future! This is particularly important in view of the company history relative to its credibility with its present stockholders.

If they want to play the "legal game", I can understand that in a positive manner if they have good news, or even remotely positive news. If, however, the game is being played from the other side of the coin, that is a different game, and I am prepared to play that also! That would be a loosing game for me and them. I make no threats here, but they must be advised that I am fully aware of any possibility and am fully prepared.

A better solution would be --You stockholders name it--

In light of the information released, and if it is true, then, I would view that progress is being made and certainly there have been some glitches, but I see no terminal impediments to progress here.

We all tend to fall into the trench when there is more bad news with a stock which we have all seen contract almost 10 fold in price, but which I have seen greater contraction. I am kicking myself for not selling at 3+ when Les Reid told me to, but that is history. I still believe that the damn stock has merit if it can get past the growing pains, wil still perhaps reward me.

The crap with the ball mill and that stuff is crap, and Jensen knows that it is and he needs to change his tactics. The lack of attention to the details of mining I.E. proper environmental approvals is clearly inexcusable, but I suspect he took the word of another on that and that has to be fixed post haste.

I feel that we have some good and talented folks at work for us and in defference to the crowd, I will also say that Jensen is an old fashioned, hard headed old fart who could not boot up a computer with the directions on the keyboard. In his defense, I would say that he works cheap, and he never seems to give up. I can tell you that I would have never taken all the calls from you folks, (good guy or Jerk) with the tenacity that he has. With regard to Dennis Denoble, I suspect that he is doing more than we know, and I know not what he is paid, but I suspect that his effort is more altruistic than we know. I will not defend their PR abilities, for they have none!

Good companies need little, but we are not in that category yet. Results bring investors of the first order and the second and the third and then the rest.

I am not greatly psychic, though I do have my times. Perhaps some here have much greater ability in that area than me.

I have known some good ones. Susan Wilson is one--Where are you Susan?

Notapsychicmuch, Jack!
