Good points, as always, Mike. I hope you are right about NAV and Safeguard's future. I have said, I will be back in, but not before I hear the call on the 20th. As for "overhead" I think Safeguard not only has a large credit facility with which to pay salaries, but must also get some carry from the other funds that they sponsor (such as SCP and ICG - witness Excite shares on the balance sheet now). Even though I mentioned it, I don't think Safeguard will wind down and close up, either. Good luck, --John
