Drive Image doesn't work with Tape.
Would it be practical to store Drive Image files on tape? Could you store them on tape and then copy them to an extended partition and then restore them? If you have a system crash is the tape drive available to copy a Drive Image file to the extended partition for restoration

Not from dos in most cases. There is software called Tape Disk that makes your tape look like a disk but now your getting to complicated for my tastes.
