Warren, Nope. This is a $4 million dollar spec. home. Only in Aspen. There are so many trophy homes going in. I worked on Prince Hadid home about 8 years ago. 54 bedrooms, one for each wife. Seriously. Final price was reported to be 78 million for the construction. The contractor reportedly got over a million bonus for bringing it in on time. Used to plant 28 foot spruce trees and while we were working Saudi guards armed with M-16's would stroll through the woods. Only in Aspen. Bill
