Fabulous-

Your previous claims of Sammy's yield in Austin seem to be a little off according to this article in Saturday's Korea Herald. By my puny calculator they are getting about 231 dpw (3 mil die from 13k wfrs).
Either they ain't on .21 technology or their yields ain't at 90%.

BTW, where were you with this one DJ???

Bleak take on Asia:

Consider South Korea. Instead of encouraging a healthy restructuring, the government is leaning on banks to keep on lending. Bankrupt companies like Hanbo Steel, Kia Motors and Mando Machinery are kept in business with yet more bank loans—little of which will ever be repaid.

Fabeyes, today the WSJ Interactive reported:

Intel's investment gives it the right to acquire 6% of Micron in a new class of nonvoting common stock.

Obviously not the most significant part of the whole story, but it's the principle.

Good trading,

Tom
