Thanks for the "sourcing" of this comment.

A bit disingenuous or irresponsible, IMHO ... 'cuz if'n they had a regional brokerage firm that really had said that sort of thing, my guess is that they would have been touting the heck out of it.

It's also the sort of thing which can come back and bite a company later.
