I have been advised that the bankruptcy court's notice and order has established Nov. 16 as the last date to assert claims. The counsel for debtors is: Lawrence Gelber Skadden Arps Law Firm 919 Third Avenue New York, NY 10022 Telephone 212-735-2969 This means that Lawrence Gelber has been appointed by the Court to represent us, as debtors, (common stock holders), and we have until Nov. 16 to get any information to him that we feel should disallow our shares being "extinguished". Call Mr. Gelber or write Mr. Gelber and give him any information that you feel would be helpful to our interest. Regards, VanGo101...Van
