Andy: Well put! If a declining share price meant deficient management at petroleum companies currently selling well below their 200 day MA, there would be an awful lot of oil men flipping burgers right now. Regards, Jeff

Andy I am a dreamer who scored a double on this baby a while back. Bought @1.37 sold @3.00. That is over a %100 for anyone who has trouble with the math. -g- I am looking to get back in now. I know Sam Bass is a big oil man with a reputation to protect. This Sao Tome thing looks like it could be a monster. Could you give me your impression for the blue sky potential of this project. Feel free to be optimistic please. Thanks in advance John
