Maybe you haven't a clue as to how DMEA works. JSI's contracts don't come from the government but from a prime contractor. Contracts are awarded in as little as one month from solicitation. It has been a month since JMAR said there were many more projects in the IMMEDIATE future. CPU Technology, Inc., a privately owned fabless semiconductor company in Pleasanton, CA is getting many of these contracts. It is not listed as a prime contractor, but it deals directly with DMEA.
