E --- with ant luck you should see a slow increase UNTIL the price of oil rises. With a cold winter it should go up quickly. The price per bbl is 30% under last year which was a warm winter and OPEC did not have the production cutback in effect. You should see an EASY double but hold for more... look at VTS and HOFF too. VTS should see 37 and HOFF should hit 13 easy. A ton to be made from this level.
