Good old Fred does it again......

If you think any of us are going to ride a .04 stock to $1 we're all crazy. Most of these pennies always do something to burn the oldest most loyal shareholders. Just watch. There will be some kind of reorganization in the future and the only ones who will benefit will be the new investor with fresh money coming in. I kissed this money good-bye a long time ago. How can I sell at .04 when I average $1.05?
No use throwing good money after bad. C'mon Fred, prove me wrong.

Ted: the S-8 filed with SEC 9/13/98 clearly states the exchange
of shares to NUOA plus a note for 180 million and warrants
to purchase FXWA at 6 dollars per share, 6 shares per warrant.
And indeed FXWA has increased its shares out to between
15 and 16 million. Do you really believe a) Fred will buy
these shares at such a price and b) these shares are truly
trading on the open market in the 6 dollar range. Do you
know a single non-principal of FXWA/NUOA who has a single share
of FXWA? Go to the EDGAR site and read it for yourself instead
of 2nd hand information and so called press releases. And do you
see FXWA as a good credit risk a few months post-bankruptcy to
pay 180million to NUOA? Try to be realistic versus wishful
thinking.
