You are correct on the PMC deal if the definitive deal is signed. Just pointing out how simple it would be to enchance shareholder value with a open market stock buyback. Cistron's book value also increases if a buyback takes place at these levels.

Wouldn't the purchase of treasury share increase shares outstanding and reduce earnings per share and stock price?
