>Is there a growing backlog?<

Yes there is a growing backlog but it is based on interest derived from the handmade CAPSCAN product not an actual finished product. The company received substantial interest and additional pre-orders at the NACS meeting in Atlanta. The problem is of course that these are not actual purchase orders because everyone wants to see a finished product before signing on the dotted line. That should change soon.

As an investor there is nothing wrong with waiting until the company has a proven product, orders, and actual earnings in hand before investing. It's possible that you might miss some share price appreciation if sales take off like I hope they will but simply because you wait to buy EVDS shares does not mean you will not make money. You could do very well indeed with another stock instead.

I already had the Journal of Petroleum Marketing bookmarked but I thank you for pointing it out to other investors. I would simply like to close this post by stating that from what I hear interest in the handmade CAPSCAN has been incredible. The company has several ISO 9000 and 9001 certified manufactures all set up to produce CAPSCANs. The company designing the final product apparently produces TOW missiles, so making a CAPSCAN should work out just fine since they are rocket scientists.
