doc just to make sure i got this straight, clmid is a worthless shell with no assetts but the management is buying back all the shares on the open market.

^^^The Company does not have the funds to pay any of its accounts payable at this time.

guess it must be that they found a merger partner.

^^^During the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 1998, management continued to seek an operating business to acquire or with which
to enter into a business combination.

oops, doc, why would someone merge with a worthless shell.
oh that's right so they can become a publicly traded company using clmid's ticker.

oops doc if that's true why would clmid mgmt be buying up all the shares? to take the company private.
thought they said they had no money how can they buyt back all the shares if they are broke?
^^^Common Stock in the Company have not been recorded as an expense because the Company's stock is presently
deemed to have no value. Accounts payable to the independent certified public accounting firm will only be paid in cash if and
when cash is available.

now where could they get cash from, maybe if they pump their stock up and dump shares they can pay their bills

oops if they are going private what does clmid's merger partner need clmid for.

remember clmid's only value is that they have a ticker symbol.
if they go private they are worthless.

sorry doc i think you have been had, something is very wrong here.,
but on the upside, compared to peso this one looks like IBM.
