How can anyone be optimistic when we have just been informed that another $6 MM of shares (floorless I presume) will come on the market. These are not going to come in at 1/8 or 1/16, these shares are going to come in at 3 pennies to 1 penny, meaning you are possibly looking at a dilution of a factor of 10 again (pre or post a reverse split). The company no longer have the discipline of a ceiling on the number of shares. Zeev
