Cheryl,
You mentioned a possible derivative suit and piqued my curiosity, so I looked it up.

From nils.com

derivative suit
A civil lawsuit filed by shareholders on behalf of a
corporation asserting rights of the corporation in the absence of
corporate action to protect such rights; a suit by shareholders
to enforce corporate rights against directors or other insiders. The standing of shareholders to sue is derived from the rights of the corporation. This differs from a class action (or resentative suit), where a large group of plaintiffs (shareholders or otherwise)bring suit in their own right.

An article regarding a derivative suit against Northrup Grumman Corp. can be found at biz.yahoo.com

This type of action might be worth looking into.

Best wishes to all the FAMHily here. We've all been hurt in both our wallets as well as our egos. We also have grown and learned a lesson, (hopefully). Now we need to put our bruised egos and wallets aside and either rationally come up with a plan of action or let Arif and Co. be nothing but a lesson in how not to invest in the future. To Arif, I say, What goes around, comes around. You will have a higher authority to answer to!
