Jan, good points on the differences between volume counting on OTC and NYSE. However, even at an average of 2 mil. shares/day, I'd say there is "enough" liquidity. AMZN, YHOO, and a few other (NASDAQ) net stocks are plenty liquid, unless you run a mutual fund trying to dump them at market -- that was my main point.

This is due to, 1. double counting(both buy/sell) and 2. shares exchanged between MMs are included in the volume too.
