DeNoble does PR for GPGI.
Who does he report to ?
How does he obtain info to give out ?
Does he know what the info means ?
Classic way to insulate oneself from others is thru a spokesperson.
If company president always gave out pr thru one on one and now needs
to talk to shareholders as a group, and is not confortable with this,
then hire a pr person and view him and his role as needed but unwelcome,
and thusly done half hearted, and so poor results gotten,
not on purpose or planned, but the way it came out.

If the president of GPGI is the man who started the company from scratch,
then he is like a farmer getting land and buying cattle or cows, and
thru working 25 hours 8 days a week got a farm going good. Now he
expandes thru private to public thru stock shares. Everything changes
a lot, except one thing, the farmer sees the farm and works the farm
the same way. Eventho its too big for him to do all as did in past,
he is still the boss(president). Most likely without realizing it,
he lost control and didn't realize that things were not going smoothly.
Back when, he was on top of things because he did it all and was there.
My guess DeNobel is under contract and will complete his agreed on
job duties. My guess DeNobel thinks the situation has sucks from
long back when those new in charge were screwing things up and keep
this info from the pr man so as to get time to correct problems.
But problems didn't get corrected and appeared to be seened by all.
If this guess is true, then DeNobel has been given a sucker punch by
those that didn't run GPGI correctly. If my prior post is also a
correct guess that GPGI will become correct with Mike Mckay, then
DeNobel will not have the past pipe line of sewer info, but a new and
clean and clear flow from the New GPGP. I hope.

San Antonio

Wake up to DiNoble!!!

gpgi.com

Per the January 6, 1998 press release
Mr. DeNoble has
extensive experience in matters of finance, the stock market and public
relations.
Therefore one must judge his work by the
Price Chart below.
tscn.com

The chart speaks for itself & DiNoble must go and very fast. One has to wonder if he is getting paid, in cash or shares and does he get more shares the lower the price ? .....

I submit that DiNoble has absolutely no PR experience and challenge him to print out his resume showing us dummies that extensive experience.

Call up and ask Mr. PR to send you an investment packet, something,
anything about the company. Has he developed a company brochure?

Ask how he is doing on developing the company¹s WEB Site.

Another bottom line is to inquire how many people have purchased shares because of his outstanding work.

Find out how many Investors he has brought to the company.

Has he talked to any Investment Brokers, new stock brokers, or mutual
funds, keeping them abreast of the positives that GPGI offers.

Does he answer invester inquiries with straight-forward information or
is he a specialist in waffling---even when he finally does answer the phone?

Other than PR newswire, who is his contact at Dow, Reuters, Bloomberg
You be the judge and then shout like h*ll because with good news our
stock still goes nowhere.
