umm, unless someone knows more than I do (probably 99% of you) Nvidia has been going public for over a year now...

Again, unless someone knows more information other than just guessing- I would say nvidia and its potential underwriters would not be taking any action until at EARLIEST the beginning to middle of 1999. The market is in for some turbulant times and given the state of this sector, how would they raise the cash?

Hell.. was it a year ago they actually had all the filings completed, and announced 1 month before going public? obviously it never happened..

ironically tho if they were to go public I would bet it would do more to help us in the short term by putting a spotlight on our sector. There is plenty of room for nvidia/tdfx and a handful of others to make money once the growing pains get worked out.
