Thanks JDN- If Bill Gates DOES come back to class, he'll be in a full body cast (kinda like the one in A Clockwork Orange), and sitting in the back row.

I don't think that the impact of U.S. (etc) -v- Microsoft *ON MSFT can be understated. Microsoft is becoming decreasingly relevant even as the opening gavel sounds. That can't be a good thing for a company who's entire existence is based on leveraging monopolistic contracts. Where is the upside for MSFT from here?

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, SUNW is clearly and steadily gaining huge brand momentum. Among other things (and there are many), SUNW is about to untie CIOs and IT managers worldwide, from the rails by REPLACING NT servers with a Sun (Sun/AT&T) RAS server solution.

BTW, does anyone know if there is connection between the AT&T -v- MSFT (source code related) suit settlement and the product that is being licensed from AT&T by Sun?
