No, I just want to make the point that the long position advocates beginning in 1997 haven't been too successful. And of course some traders lose money.
If you look at a twenty year chart you'll see that ‘97 was the first major deflection in the growth with any lasting power. As for my Intel position, as you should know, I'm OK with flat share price going forward. My normal investment strategies don't apply to Intel. Intel is more sentimental to me, but not a good strategy for the average investor.
This is why I feel I can be objective regarding Intel.
It may sound oxymoronic, but that's the way I am.
I'm away for the next week or so, so I'll respond to the flack when I return.
