Whew.....Just took a look at the financials. OUCH...hihopes....Not to sound sarcastic, but, it looks like you won't be buying stock anytime soon. How on earth can this company begin a share buyback? They have no cash, decreasing revenues, payroll taxes with interest that are unpaid and accruing, a lying and dishonest CEO who has committed securities fraud who remains with the company, loans made to the company's CEO that still remain unpaid after 2 years. It's just not happening. Arif and Ira had a plan and it worked out to our detriment. I'm contacting the attorney general in Texas and filing a complaint as long as Arif remains with this company. This will have no bearing on the continuing operations of this company. I want Arif and Ira charged criminally for their actions. They committed blatant securities fraud. Either Arif resigns and gives the reigns to Randy or that's my course of action.
