Reasons to believe K7 is faster than PII core

Maxwell,

Is there any reason to believe that K7 is close to production? A great theoretical design does nothing for the bottom line. I know where to buy a PII, but I still haven't figured out where K7 systems are on sale.

Maxwell - Re: "said AMD's director of K7 engineering, Dirk Meyer. "

Meyer wouldn't be a little bit biased, would he?
