Sam, It sounds to me that at some point in your Christian walk that you became angry with Jesus because of your mishaps in life. I do understand that feeling when we feel that we have been overcome with pain and disappointment. I have been there. The only difference is that life actually bankrupted me to the point of humiliation and then a discovery that humility comes from our brokeness. This is what caused me to accept Christ's mercy and forgiveness and find His strength to overcome my problems.
