Sigmund: That doesn't excuse the comments "were/was...and continue to be PROFITABLE" that management made in 1998. They knew the revenues were not there. They knew S/G/&A alone, exceeded revenue. The cost of goods sold couldn't be ignored. They knew interest and penalties were piling up on unpaid employment taxes, equaling what? 40% of gross revenue. They knew the bank accounts were bleeding profusely each month. They deliberately failed to report many things in a timely manner, and deliberately mislead investors. ...........Sorry, I know your comment was "tongue-in-cheek".
