Read statement #4. This gives Orban's reasonings for the above.

If he thinks EGGS will get formal coverage in the next few weeks,
that means something is in the earnings report that will catch their
eyes: Increased on-line revenues; increased visits to web site; increased auction bidders; less losses; upgrading for the future masses of customers.

EGGS has not posted news in a long while. They are working
on business alliances with other on-line firms and when those deals
are released, it will spark the interest for more coverage by
brokerage firms.

I am sad to hear you purchased EGGS at higher prices and may have to take a tax loss on this stock. I hope you have gains in other stocks that will offset this loss. Have you considered averaging down?

I don't think new buyers of EGGS at this price will have your problem. Just my opinion----- #reply-5996234

>mindless internut speculation phase and are in the internut shake out phase. <

Kip, I agree, there are many internet stocks with unjustified
valuation ratios. That is why I like EGGs at the current levels.

Since no brokerage firms, yet, have cover EGGS, there has been no
pump'n dump at this level. Thus, we have not seen the escalating price of its shares like those stocks which are heavily covered yet have extemely over valued rations. EGGS hasn't been overvalued so there has been no shake-out, except for the Riley debacle.

Then you look at EGGS, not yet making a profit but losses are coming down considerably, $67 million in cash, 3rd most popular e-commerce site on the web, and having no coverage. When a reputable firm decides to initiates coverage, EGGS will hopefully join the ranks among the over valued stocks <g>.

Orban said he expected coverage to be initiated sometime soon.
He must know something about the earnings, as said before.
