Jim, I suspect South Korea's Hanil Telecom is still looking forward to seeing a nice return on their $50 million investment even after sharing their profits 50/50 with Valence under the terms of their Joint Venture. Remember we are talking very high volume with low cost Manganese rather than Cobalt and further reduction in cost due to elimination of metal canisters.

If Hanil can still get a nice return after giving up half the profit, what does that say for Valence's ROI if they keep; 100% of the profit they make on their own production and then add 50% of the Hanil JV profit to that?
