tonto, i fear they are professionals in deceiving investors and knew well how far they could go, just my experience with this kind of guys.

tonto - I think the resignation or forced removal of Arif is the only thing that will lift the price ceiling from this stock. Until that happens the stock is not going to go very far, even if the co does get turned around.

OTOH, a c-a against the co, IMO would be harmful to current shareholders, drag on a long time, and not achieve much, (other than put the co out of business) since the co has no cash, and has a negative net worth.
