Well, guess what, Rico? The lawyer handling the AZNT case, whose name is Touton, works for Citicorp, which is the "entity" in question.

I'm afraid you've never really understood Jeff's point, which was that in drawing up the lawsuit, the AZNT attorneys named the wrong entity. They also seem to have screwed up Mann's name: it's "Joseph Andrew Mann", not "Joseph Andy Mann".
