George : Thanks for that report but, if you could understand it (which apparently you did), then I take my hat off to you, too! (Besides Jim)

I wasn't sure if he was bullish or bearish or whether he was recommending people to buy or to sell.

I did note, however, that he recommends small caps. ("For small-cap stocks, a few of which we've nibbled at already, generally the worst is behind, as already noted.") To me, the small caps are the place NOT to be in a bear market or even in an early bull (even though they are washed out). One has only to compare the recent, sparkling performance of the "heavy" golds to the non-showing of the Canadian juniors to confirm that.
