Yes, wasn't the market curiously creeping upward before the announcement. But the actual announcement seemed to hit the market like a lead balloon. I wonder what stocks Greenspan holds? All this talk of the rate cut being market manipulation ! I'm ashamed of ALL OF YOU ! How could you think such a thing ? I mean, just because there's a national election in 3 weeks and an already disillusioned electorate is starting to feel pain in their pocketbooks, everyone starts jumping to conclusions ! Chris
