Kool Guy: If you combine a "buy" and a "sell" as one transaction, only something on the order of $25,000 changed hands. Not much in dollars.

I expect as the leaked numbers fear drove the price down below 0.05 with a reduced spread when an optimistic individual or three (who didn't know the numbers)figured there may be a swing back upward. Faced with some buying, the MMs wanted their 20+% margins back and the price rose back up in the afternoon to close where it did prior to the guillotine blade being released.

Put into perspective the "trade" value amount would only pay "Sales, General, and Administrative" expenses at FAMH for 4.3 days(260/yr) based on the 1997 figures.

Now a question is how many shares will hope to move at 0.065 on Monday, and whether the exits will be jammed.

KG:

Tax is not my specialty, but as I recall the complete loss of an investment due to fraud would be considered a casualty loss, fully deductible, and would not be subject to the $3,000 limitation. Any comment?
