No problem, my background is finance and I like to know all the details as you saw in the other post you referred to. One of the things I like about SLEU is the audited info is out there at the "Standard & Poors Market Access" web address you posted. Kind of refreshing with it being so tough to get financial info on most of the Bulletin Boards.

They haven't registered this with SEC ... i like 10Qs & 10Ks etc...but i'm still interested.. S&P has a wealth of info
