I think I should listen to YOU. Getting slightly whipsawed here and that is an embarssment for me because I have a long history of getting gold right. But I recently have zagged when I should have zigged. HM and NEM are in the bases...so the question is how to own them, not how to short them. My mistake is not selling these embroynic rallies. Eventually [soon] these rallies will make it...but now...I think so, but I have a poor opinion of my opinion on these gold stocks.

Of the 4 high volume high caps, 3 were pinned to option strikes:

HM 12 1/2 dropped 3/4 to do it
NEM 22 1/2 stayed even
PDG 15 Up 3/4 to do it.

Lacking a big move in POG on expiration week, this is common in this group.

I was short NEM 22 1/2 puts. Hope I'll get assigned, but I doubt it. No word yet.
