>> Four years ago, I had one with AOL and I blew it.<< About that same time, I was just about to pull the trigger on AOL when I found an article by an AT&T exec which basically said that if AOL did manage to find any fertile ground with its cutesy little marketing plan, then AT&T and the other Big Boys would simply step in and take it away from them. But, in his estimation and professional judgement..... there just wasn't enough of a market there to be of interest. I backed off of AOL, took it off my radar screen for awhile to go look for startups with more potential, and the rest is history.......
