read that about msft
they are going headlong into
online bill pay
however, it doesn't mean
that ckfr cannot be very profitable
they are in internet portals
xcit, seek, and yhoo are doing quite well
they are in corporate software
sun and unix are still growing
the big question: will they knock off java?
imho even if ckfr is #1 or #2 in this field
there is plenty of money to be made
by the top 2-3 companies
ckfr will be in the top 2 imho

>>>(Microsoft's explanation is that CheckFree still issues some paper checks, so it's not totally electronic.)

My explaination is that is BullShit! While they strive at a pilot for electronic, they hook with CitiGroup, Form Toliet Paper, so they can also do that what is it already, that CheckFree can do, and that is pay those billers who do not except electronic.

Total service is the question, to the consumer..you better be able to do both...they realised that, like Pete said they would, hence the Citi connection. Just make the BullShit up and pull the wool over the eyes...Orin's got your number, bend over.
