ND, you say "The stock has short sellers in it so it does not look as if it will shoot up until there is news. " but the last report of short interest shows only 310,000 shares sold short, and a high of 436,422 in the last 6 months.

This is not exactly one of the most heavily shorted stock on the market at perhaps 4% of the float.
