I don't really give a $#!~ who is right, I just want to know who IS right! KZAP, you asked questions to me in your PMs that you sent me. Your statements were for my eyes only so I will not repeat them here but your questions are worthy of a response to the thread. You can't read everyone's mind so you have to look at their actions to figure out what the truth is. If either Ellenbecker or Pickens was telling the truth they would have filed a lawsuit. Notice what each of them did, sent you and others on the thread information that they should be presenting in a court of law. The documents you received can easily be altered and you would never know. I know that Ellenbecker sent his documents in a way that indicated that CSMA principals had seen information before they signed a contract when they didn't. That is what you are up against. Why will neither take this to court if they have a legitimate case? What attorneys would allow them to send information to the public and post about their cases if they had actually retained attorneys? I don't want to see the documents because they can be easily altered so what does that prove? Let them take their documents to court, IF they have a case, that is. If neither Ellenbecker nor Pickens have a case, it is because CSMA principals and shareholders were the ones who were damaged because of THEIR failure to perform. It is these two you should be upset at. Maybe CSMA principals used bad judgement in getting into deals with these two characters but the press releases HAD to be released because the contracts were signed and they were material events. There are requirements for information to be released whether the contracts are sustained in the future or not. No, KZAP, they did not release the information for hype, they released it because they were required to by law. Anyone, correct me if I am wrong but other companies, even big ones, have deals that don't work out or are cancelled. You asked me if CSMA will ever be $2.65 again? Not until the fundamentals of Ad Hatters or Envirotec warrant it. You are looking at the one peak day and demanding that it get there again. What BB stock hasn't lost considerable value? There has been a mass exit of money away from the BB arena, you need to deal with that. I think you will need to wait till '99 for the fundamentals to be realized. KZAP, I will post to the thread the same questions I posted to you: Stand back a second and look at Ellenbecker's and Pickens' posts. Do they sound like honest, reasonable businessmen or thugs who just want to ripoff people? Of course, you have to make your own decision. Why is Pickens trying to convince you the Conroe deal was legitimate? Why isn't he convincing the courts instead? KZAP and others, food for thought. David
