Hello Vaughn.. Thank you for your response. It is impossible to figure out what SUF's strategy on this deal is. I am sure that they are looking into all the legal matters. Maybe they are hoping that LTL's legal problems are not going to effect NDR's portion of the partnership. A different subject. This is an interesting site. biz.yahoo.com According to this (Zack's) listing, SUF is the Third best buy in Misc. Mining category. Recommended as a Strong buy by two (out of two) analysts but I could not find out who they were. Regards Bozkurt
