PM xc is sent. Recent competing patents are as I and cornbread listed in very recent, previous posts. Older related patents go back to 1909. DynaCam probably knows more about axial design than anyone. They, however, use poppet valves rather than a rotating, sliding disc to control induction and exhaust. I agree Matheny has simplified the design. One could also revert back to journal bearings instead of roller bearings on railroad cars. The analogy is obvious.
