It has been mentioned here many times that J. Murphy was very careful not to include any "nonpublic" information related to the QP. . I see your point. I looked at it as saying the Company can't provide commentary unless it is to "the public at large" while you are saying the Company can't provide commentary, not previously publicly announced, to anyone. . You're interpretation makes a lot of sense. I knew Murphy wouldn't ever do anything improper, but it was troubling to me to read these posts yesterday. Now the light bulb went off! Thanks for the insight. . Colin
