I also received the Insiderwire report. I don't know. BankPlus has a serious quarrel with American Banker, where they demand a correction of a published article but mostly confirm their bad numbersl, especially delinquency rates. They only ask for changes in the aggressive writing of AB. I dont know. There are better buys out there. Take AMMB for a further bounce. Or "Clarion" (CLR) which states a book value of $16 with a price of $4 and change. My own calculations based on credit spread number changes since Sep 1 1998 estimate a book of 11-12, though.

The press release on the new NUKE battery is too vague for me to evaluate.

I do know that the nuclear power supply for the Pluto Express mission will probably be AMETEK with a fallback position to a scaled down version of the flight proven RTG (which is what they flew on Cassini).

I don't know ISPs too well. How does PSIX compare to some of the others? Are they all losing money?
