Thankyou AG for the info

I have seen the much cash it has already and the lending facilities it has achieved so far. Personally I have my doubts in their business plan, as there is some research on that the satellite transmission to vehicles might not as successful as the co itself postulates.

The market action reminded me somewhat on other stocks like SPLN or sometimes ZONA. Shorting it seems more gambling in the very short run. I entered a small short position as the second $4 gain of the $8 run happened on virtually no turnover and got stuck in the $25/$27 range (The first $4 run was accompanied with breaking news and heavy turnover where it was safe to carry a decent long position).

Sure there are safer plays out, who didn't take part in the CYPH and ZONA bashing lately. What makes me think is that money burning business isn't in favor of investors like SPLN or some internuts, so I turned to CD Radio as a short - but not before they let out the news and let the stock ride some time. I considered it more in a way of out-of-steam runs when a bullish action finally dries up and stock will take a quick reversal then.

You're right in the estimation that it is not one of our "value" shorts, those one where we would expect a low terminal value, because of a gross overvaluation and/or wholly ill-fated business plan. Therefore it is right I should not expect some support on shorting it, especially when the market sentiment turned bullish on the spot, "calling off" any former crisis anywhere in the world.

Thanks and Greetings

C.
