ALL,

It seems that once again misrepresentations are flying. As I understand it, and by the way believe to be true, one of the big problems with the M3 deal was the property size was a fraction of the described and a clear title to the whole parcel couldn't be given. Why is people represent ownership without actually owning what the claim?

It makes no sense to me that any company would turn down, screw up or otherwise not go ahead full-steam into a business deal if money was to be made.

I can't (won't) believe HK nor anyone inside CSMA would blow a money making deal. I will say that in the past I would like to have seen contracts read more closely prior to announcements, but that's just me.

Good Luck TO ALL,

Steve
