From my conversation with Tilton I did not get the impression that he was planning to report financials in the near future. He indicated that it costs a significant amount of money to audit and report financials and at this point in Tianrong's development the money could be better spent developing the company. While all penny stock investors like to see their stocks report financials from my experience I have seen many legitimate penny stock companies wait until they are in reasonable financial shape before doing so. TNRG needs to begin bringing in solid, consistent revenues before I believe they will consider reporting. Tilton may have believed the company would be further along by September when he told people he would be reporting by then. In my view it is very important for TNRG to begin to make some solid deals and begin bringing in revenues. My impatience isn't with the reporting. It's with the slow pace of Sea Eye, the Tracker and others which have the potential to bring in the revenue TNRG needs to report financials, bring in the capital to do the research they need to do, make further acquisitions and bring the stock price to a level we are all hoping and waiting for.
