To All:

Interesting conversation yesterday with a broker from Morgan Stanley. Says he is very high on a stock "WCII". When I questioned him on his analysts negative remarks he was of course shocked I knew who she was. His comments were interesting. Says he talks to her routinely and she has a basic concern about WCII having high interest rates on some of their bonds. Says they will always be suspect as long as those exist because it shows they can't get reasonable financing, indicating their overall financial weakness.
Says there is another telcom analyst at MS who is on equal footing but thinks strongly the other way.

Bernard,
I agree with you about P-MP supplier PCom (although I seem to remember it not so long ago at about $15). Before, buying in I would like to see if there is any substance to this press release. And whether it will just "go away".

<<Fraud Lawsuit Filed for Purchasers of P-Com Securities
CAMPBELL, Calif., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- A securities class action lawsuit was filed in California on behalf of all persons who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of P-Com (Nasdaq: PCMS - news) between April 15, 1997 and September 11, 1998 (the ''Class Period''). The lawsuit alleges that, throughout the Class Period, the price of P-Com securities traded at artificially inflated prices because the defendants issued a series of false and misleading statements regarding P-Com. >> SNIP

P.S. I think I'm one of those that bought in the time period mentioned, oh boy my first class action. Know any good lawyers ?? :>
